About Handmade Items
All handmade items are created by Ziya individually from design to finish. Each piece is unique and will have handmade signs or small flaws. Every effort will be made to make sure each piece is as accurate as possible.
All ceramic items are food-safe unless otherwise specified.
The items made by cement, clay and plaster are not food-safe and for decoration purposes only.
All orders will be dispatched from Ziya Creations Studio within 1- 3 business days.
Estimated delivery times
International: delivery times vary between 14 - 35 business days
Canada: 3 -10 business days
Note: Ziya Creations Studio is not responsible for any delay in shipment caused by customs or shipping couriers.
Shipping rates & countries
All products of Ziya Studio Creations can be shipped worldwide. The customer is responsible for shipping fees and taxes/duties.
International shipping starts from $25 CAD with tracking
US and Canada domestic shipping starts from $15 CAD with tracking
1. The customer is responsible for any taxes, customs and import taxes that may apply.
2. The shipping rate is based on the weight and dimension of the parcel based on the rates calculation of carriers.
3. The jewelry orders will be sent via letter mail envelopes without tracking number or refunded, but with $6 CAD flat shipping rate.
Missing & Damage
All order will be carefully inspected and packed before shipping and should arrive in your hands in undamaged condition.
If your order arrives in a broken condition:
photograph the parcels and the broken pieces
notify us within 24 hours
contact the courier company directly and open a investigation

Returns & Exchanges
Please kindly note that all purchases are final. We currently not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item is blemished during the shipment. In the unfortunate event that the package is damaged, please refer to the “Missing & Damage" instructions and contact us as soon as possible.
